~Cruise Part 3~

~Day 7 (Friday)~
Today we went to Nassau (said Nassah). Nassau is the capital of the Bahamas. It was crazy busy!! For our excursion we decided to go to the Atlantis water park. We got picked up at the end of the dock and taken by bus to the Resort. WOW!!! What a happening place. A complete change from Half Moon Cay. We did not take pictures of ourselves there. Mostly because it is not easy to pack a camera around a water park. But we had so much fun!! They had some crazy scary rides and a really cool "lazy" river that was not "lazy" at all. It had huge waves that crash into you, rapid water slides in the middle of it and a conveyor belt that takes you back up to start over again. The whole thing takes like a half an hour to go around. I have never seen anything like it. AWESOME!! They had some fun tube rides that take you on roller coaster type rides. And some crazy straight down take your breath away body slides. One of them ends up in this really cool fish aquarium and another one takes you in a tube right through the shark aquarium. We had a blast!!!



Atlantis is an all inclusive resort that looks awesome. They have a few HUGE aquariums that are very interactive. We didn't get a chance to see everything but it looked way cool and would be a really fun place to go as a family. Check it out here. On a side note: Our driver told us that the there is a hotel right next to Atlantis (I can't remember the name) that is only $79.00 a night and you get all of the Atlantis amenities FREE!!! If you are interested it would definitely be something to look into.

Here are some of the WAY CUTE little critters that we would find in our room after it would get fixed in the mornings. It was so fun to see what they could do. I was really trying to figure out how to get these cute little guys home!!

Now all that is left is our trip home! THAT REQUIRES A POST ALL ITS OWN!! TRUST ME!!
