Dr. Appointment

So I just got back from Keira's Dr.'s Appointment. After explaining our concerns to him about her eye being crossed. He examined her eye and said that everything looked like it was supposed to.

He explained it like this:

If you cut the muscle in your arm, then it is going to be sore and not want to work. After a while it heals up and starts working like normal again. He said that it is the same with her eye. In about two weeks we should she a big difference. He also said that after the blood goes out of her eye it will look a lot better too. And we will be able to see the positioning a lot better. We are also going to start patching her eye again in about 2 weeks so that will help too.

Anyway, the appointment went well and we are glad that we don't have to go in for another surgery again. At least not soon anyway.

Also I am going to try to take daily pictures of her eye so that we can see the progress over the next few weeks. We will see how it goes.

(On a side note, Keira was disappointed that she didn't have to go back to the hospital again. She said that she really liked it there)
